I am begging everyone to be looking at your city councils right now. These are the people who say whether or not a corporation can come into your town and take all of your resources, pollute the environment, and kill the residents. Cit Council members who hand your welfare and lives over to corporations should never have a moment of rest from the people. These are the people you can actually have an influence on, and these are elections you can actually get in on.
