New UPI rules has come into existence in India starting from today onwards. These rules aim to reduce system load and prevent slowdowns and even outages - especially during peak hours. Now, UPI users are limited to check their balance only 50 times per day and can view linked accounts only 25 times per day. The AutoPay system will operate only during non-peak hours , that is between 10 AM and 1 PM, and 5:00pm to 9:30pm.
