@dragonfrog The fact that anyone is operating a car/truck while impaired is a problem, along with the fact that enforcement/mitigation efforts are virtually non-existent. I'd rather not encounter any #ImpairedDrivers when I am walking and wheeling around but they are clearly out there, not giving a shit.
