I saw cars, once even a truck, going the wrong way on the highway in Cambodia. But:

1) They were going on the edge of the highway, in the slowest lane.
2) They were going slow
3) They were (usually?) flashing their blinker in the direction out from the highway

Never seen a can going the wrong way on a highway in the fastest lane, unlike in Czechia.
