🚘🇪🇹 Ethiopia’s Ministry of Transport and Logistics says all drivers will be retrained and reassessed through a modern technology-based system designed to reduce road traffic accidents.

The new system will include digital registration, mandatory training, competency-based exams, and certification with minimal human interference.
Commercial vehicle drivers are expected to be the first group to begin the process in the upcoming phase.
