To say that the "real problem is not so much Trump" is ridiculous on a cosmic scale. It is not true that "there are always Trumps." We have never had a dumb, uninformed, narcissistic sociopath as president of the United States before Trump. We have never had a president with Supreme Court-authorized criminal immunity before this. Of course the real problem is so much Donald Trump! IN ADDITION TO THAT AND ONLY IN ADDITION TO THAT, the Republican Party and United States House of Representatives have willfully become Trump puppet regimes and the US Supreme Court, so far, has been happy and proud to go along. We will soon get a better reading on the Senate.

We must never forget that the current constitutional crisis was caused in very large part by the United States Superpartisan Court and its extraconstitutional and perfectly ridiculous immunity ruling. The conservative majority on the court has disgracefully done major and probably lasting damage to the United States of America. Like the Republican Party, the court has become a Donald Trump puppet regime. The immunity ruling is easily one of the worst rulings in United States history - beyond all doubt it will be repudiated by future courts and by history - and the court should show good sense and rescind it today.

Evidently not a lot of folks here have an opinion to express about the president arresting Injustices Alito and Thomas. Doing it seems really obvious to me. Too obvious? Maybe a legendary constitutional law scholar such as Laurence Tribe could come up with a better test of the Trump Reich Supreme Court's break-from-reality presidential immunity ruling. This is the best test I can come up with. Arresting Alito, Thomas, and maybe Gorsuch - okay, probably Gorsuch - okay, okay, definitely Gorsuch - people who authorized the president to do it - seems like the perfect test. The president can jail those three injustices and see the response coming from those who "serve" on the Supreme Court who have not been arrested yet. Makes sense to me. Who has Professor Tribe's phone number or email address?
