We took a train from Bristol to Warminster, then got on an old #routemaster #bus to the abandoned village of #Imber

We spent the rest of the day pootling around Salisbury Plain on various vintage #busses - it was a lot of fun!

When will #Imber and other emptied* villages be re-populated?
Can't the militaries do their training in places less suitable for housing and agriculture?

* Whether forced evacuation/clearance, or people leaving to find work, or leaving because of lack of facilities - all of which could be fixed with political will and re-direction of some of the millions in dosh given to scammers.
