Apparently at least one, possibly multiple systems used by the Indiana government are compromised. I received 5 toll scam phishing messages overnight but they came from INDOT via GovDelivery and appear to have all the correct headers (DKIM, etc). However, they each linked to a different scam version of TxTag and mentioned a different dollar amount owed and had no name.

On Reddit there are quite a few other people reporting similar e-mail/SMS messages.
