Und es bleibt eine 100% gültige MP3 samt #ID3tags und berechenbarer Länge!

I've taken to using the grouping tag to separate the original album tracks and bonus tracks from some remastered and expanded reissues of some albums, let's see if I stick with this or if it turns out to be annoying.

I was just looking at the tagging options in MusicBee and in the second page of tags there's a 'mood' field which has some interesting options. I'm trying to think what 'Comatose' music might be.

I should start using some of these extra tags, 'original year' would obviously be useful for reissues. I wish there was a 'featured artist' tag, that could keep things a bit tidier too.

A question for those who are anal about tagging music files; when tagging a DJ mix album, do you set the 'album artist' field as 'various artists' or the DJ name?

I should do some maintenance on the #ID3tags of my music library.

But it’s really difficult if one got classical music, operas and modern music. How does one sort that stuff and define the artist in a way that one finds the music they wants to hear without searching too much?

Looks like a challenge …
