I just watched the #news. Asylum seekers without proper documents are coming to #Finland from #Russia. Some of them come by bicycle (in the winter!!) and they are from the Middle East (countries like Syria, Turkey, Iraq and Yemen). Finland takes #refugees but not through Russia. This is Russia's way to create chaos. "At least some of the cases involve international crime [groups], which have enabled their travel," Lieutenant Colonel Jukka Lukkari said. #HybridOperations
