The mask mandate DOES NOT apply in public areas, like lobbies and hallways.
I guess they figure COVID will isolate itself in patient rooms and not wander around the hospital?
Oh, and if you show up with a mask on, you have to put one of theirs on over it. Or you can take your mask off and put theirs on, because you'll be OK...COVID is hiding elsewhere.
