Your address, NI number, everything! #SoStupid Another example of government underfunding of social services.
(I received a letter this morning with an error in my NI so phoned to check if they had changed it - unlikely, sure - and got told the sorry tale.)

I guess they figure COVID will isolate itself in patient rooms and not wander around the hospital?
Oh, and if you show up with a mask on, you have to put one of theirs on over it. Or you can take your mask off and put theirs on, because you'll be OK...COVID is hiding elsewhere.
