More Than a Feeling is Boston’s signature song, but I much prefer Hitch a Ride, which I feel is Boston’s best song. The song’s concluding guitar solo stands among Rock and Roll’s greatest guitar solos, period. Interestingly, Rick selected Hitch a Ride for his 17th What Makes This Song Great segment, waiting until his 71st session to cover More Than a Feeling.
