End of the Year Drama Challenge
Day 22: Shortest drama that you completed in 2023?

At 8 - 35 min episodes, "Hit The Spot" was the shortest - but well worth the watch.

This actually turned out to be a great female empowerment story. Women educating other women on sex and encouraging each other to decide what's right for themselves is what the entire story revolves around. The 2 romances are not the center of the show - you can't do that and the empowerment thing in 8, 35 min episodes - but they're developed enough that you can connect emotionally. The show was obviously shot with the female gaze in mind and did not disappoint there. It is educational, empowering, cute, sweet, & sexy. I'd recommend it! https://mydramalist.com/736293-their-report-card #kDrama #HitTheSpot #AhnHeeYeon #BaeWooHee #ParkSunHo #ChoiKwangRok #WhooshReview

K-drama talk … I felt like I needed something different after watching Flower of Evil, so I ended up watching two short shows:

1- The Witch’s Diner

I generally like the paranormal/ghost/fantasy theme, so I was intrigued by the premise of this story. There was enough suspense and mystery to keep me interested, I liked the characters and the different stories of the customers. I enjoyed this very much.

2- Hit the Spot

Well, this was something else alright! It really caught me by surprise how explicit this is – like, definitely waaay more than one boob for a couple of seconds or something. It was also very funny and I liked how the two main characters got their own story. I liked this one.

There are R-rated kDramas. I've seen one & in that women aren't objects. The whole thing is about women's empowerment.
