3) Adapted from classic Jin Yong novel, The Legend Of The Condor Heroes.
4) Directed by Cao Dun (The Longest Day in Chang'an & The Litchi Road, both written by Ma Bo Yong)
5) Art Director Shao Chang Yong (Nirvana In Fire and many more).

Honorable mention: The Litchi Road (2025).

This business drama with its great suspense, its marvelous cast, and its beautiful staging, caught me offgard, how could such a subject as M&A fascinate me like that? 😊

Definitely good.
Of the dramas of 2025 I completed, I rated none under 7/10.
And I did watch in 2025 a lot of dramas not from 2025, that I did'nt mention prevously in the EYDC 2025 (not enough days) but which became favorites of mine : #kdramas

Much anticipated #kDrama!

- Great King Munmu (KBS2)
Silla 30th king, set in the 600s, Goguryeo, Baekje, Tang, unifying Three Kingdoms. All-star cast with Jang Hyuk.

- Road (Netflix)
Crime thriller set in South Korea/Japan, with Son Suk Ku, * Nagayama Eita *, Kim Shin Rok.

- The Second Signal (tvN)
Hopefully this overdue S2 will air, with Jo Jin Woong, Lee Je Hoon, Kim Hye Soo. Air: Jun 6, 2026 - Jun 28, 2026?

Day 29 : A 2026 drama you're excited for?

I try not to get too excited for upcoming dramas. Because I'm not sure if it would be available for me.
But I guess it's sometimes inevitable.
I'm waiting for the next drama directed by Ahn Pan Seok #kdrama #LoveDoctor.

Day 28: An industry change you want to happen

#kDrama primarily:
1) Produce number of episodes that fits the storytelling. No need for rushed endings with forced unexplained plot twists, ie Tempest (9 EPs).
2) Brutal violence just for violence sake, up close and repeatedly, IMO ie overdone in The Murky Stream.

#cDrama primarily: Overly used white powder faces on both genders. Not so in Flourished Peony 1&2, where the makeup was appropriate throughout.
