Judge Mark Walker throwing 🔥 in this opening salvo in his order granting in part and denying in part an injunction a DeSantis’ most smugly championed success, the “Stop W.O.K.E. Act.” Walker is the same judge who allowed a suit against University of Florida when it tried to block some of its professors from testifying in another suit about federal voting rights. That case is still waiting on a bench trial before Walker I think.
