I'm still hung up on the Argratha prison simulation. They simulated negligent abuse by the jailers, tantamount to torture, for 20 years! They could have simulated anything - clean facilities, rehabilitation classes, etc. Instead, they chose a dungeon where access to food is unreliable, and prisoners survive at the point of starvation, with no access to any media (books, tv, radio).

WTH kinda society does that?

I dunno if simulating 20 years incarceration is much more different/better than actually being incarcerated for 20 years, other than you get to relive those 20 years in freedom (if you live that long)
