After a brief hiatus in advisories, we return to a strong #Typhoon #Haikui (#HannaPH). A typhoon strike is now guaranteed for Taiwan.

Since other storms are not particularly affecting anything (aside Saola), their updates will be in the Daily Outlook instead.
