If this is an honest elections (should I use “an” for elections), the 2022 Philippine Elections have proven that democracy does not work in this country.

If enough malthinking, impulsive emotipn-and-shallow-simple-flattery-words-based voters are in a certain population, then no matter

• how shitty your record;
• how nonexistent your platform is;
• how coward you are for not showing up in all interviews and debates (that debate conducted by biased media owned by Pastor Quiboloy, a criminal convicted(not sure of proper term) in the United States and on the FBI Watchlist for sextrafficking of children)
• how brain dead and shallow your answers are for real politico-socio-economic problems (who answers feeding program and daycare as solutions for problems faced by single parents, or how you answered “jobs, jobs, jobs, prices, prices, prices” on the question how you would solve unemployment and increasing cost of rice.

I want to scream profanity because that is what my feelings dictate, but obscenities are usually viewed as signs of weak shallow minds.

1. Possibility of Macros win == Repeat of 1972 Martial Law + rewriting PH history
2. Different reasons why #COMELECpalpak (aka failure of elections) - e.g. failing VCMs and violence in some places
