#HackadayEurope was a blast. Hosted at Motion Labs in Berlin, we showed up early to help solder up all the SAOs as a last-minute assembly party in preparation for everyone's arrival the next day. Attendees got a batch of SAOs to get them started, which paired well with Hackaday's SAO badge design.

Related and interesting: @boekenwuurm talked about the history of the dutch hacker camps at #HackadayEurope, and that was recorded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-UoctcYa88

Is Hackaday Europe every year? 🤔 I want to build a badge add on! I've already got ideas... #hackadayeurope

Did some more hacking on our dismantled EV charger at #HackadayEurope today (while watching a lot of cool presentation).

We tried to get the tangle of charger parts we brought into a functional state (at least let the software think it is functional). So we made a small PCB to emulate a cable and car, faked the kwh meter using python, connected some 230V to the right places, but still kept complaining about a "Phase error". Out of options for today, but happy with the progress we made :-)

Nerding out at Hackaday Berlin 2025! @geekmomprojects I finally got my own bendy dude!
