The #tintype was first patented in the United States by Hamilton Lanphere Smith when he was Professor of Natural Philosophy and Astronomy at #Kenyon #College . Last week, a tintype #photographer visited #Chemistry Department's end-of-semester #party and made some pictures of us. A delight!
