Yesterday, Tuesday 15th April 2025, was fun at God's Pantry Food Bank.
We held our official Open Day, including Ribbon Cutting.

The line-up included 3 staff members of over 20 years employment:
Danielle - 30 years
Myself - 25 years
Jack - 23 years
The Board President stood next to me.
In the middle was our CEO Mike Halligan.
Next to him was ex-Board-Member and Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear.

Rest assured, this is a politics free Toot / Post.

After working off and on, with very odd hours over the weekend, running #FoodBank end of month reports, and working full days Monday and Tuesday, my most excellent boss informed me to take today off as a flex day. No arguments here.

My plan is to relax, work on some aspects of the housework, including trash and recycling, probably grab a #nap in the afternoon, and get ready for this evening.

At 18:00 Arianna & I shall be heading across a main road to the next neighbourhood to meet up with our #Church #GrowthGroup, hosted by a family.... actually today may be "just" the husband. He will do well.

Today at the #FoodBank I shall be finishing up my end-of-month reporting, and get started on requested reports.

This evening Arianna & I were planning going to a church family home for the first night of their CenterPointe Christian Church Growth Group.
However, the lady recently had flu, and Arianna has a medical appointment this Friday that requires her to receive Anesthesia.
Therefore we shall join them next week instead.
