It's Labour's wager to boost GDP, by allowing developers to seal and build on more green spaces, facilitating a building boom for a quick return.
A kind of 'Concrete Keynesianism' running amok.
The problem is that Labour MPs representing seats whose green spaces will be under threat will come under citizen pressure.
