Hiya Tooters.
I've had a rough few weeks, disability has kicked my arse & a few nasty individuals have helped my mental health plumet to the lowest its been for many years.
So I made a real effort to get outside & get away from my troubles.
I did so e gardening, had a mooch around town & threw myself into some art.
I now feel great, Grounded & myself again. If you're struggling, do something you love don't allow others to bring you down. ๐ค๐
