One rose flower managed to bloom in spite of being buried under vines. Some students came over to trim the bush back but it was late so we just had pizza and cheese cake insteady. Maybe they'll have time to come back before going home for summer vacation..

The house's south side is pretty well covered by the Green Canopies of Morning glory vines.. I should work on the west side. Next year I'll set up some big planters on the west side: late in the afternoon that's were the most tiresome heat comes in...
