#WSJ trying to hedge the climate change story against population growth in regards to Houston power issues—anything but blaming #Abbott policy failures.

Unfortunately the data wouldn't *appear* to really back this up. The population is growing, to be sure, but it’s not exponential nor particularly unique.

So maybe climate change and ... something else. What could it be? Where else might they be spending their attention and efforts?
