OK here it is - basically all you need to do is pluck the domain names from the "Moderated Servers" list many instances publish.

Then search on "info: dumbassserver.com" and you will see the url of this utility. Not sure if it works on .social it might only work on .com and similar.

Also, the "info:domain.com" method does not seem to work on #duckduckgo which is my daily driver. It does work on google.

I suppose this gets into #googledorking which I am reluctant to post about due to potential liability issues.

EDIT: The graph I published was NOT the one you wil lsee on the link below, which is fedi-wide, You can pull up a graph for the specific domains using the method I describe above. Interestingly, it seems that the increase in hate-site activity preceded the increase in fediverse-wide activity. At least, on my sampe N=1.
