A nifty plan to give money to expectant mothers to fight pregnancies, and first year deficiencies. A one time payment of $1500 more money at the midpoint of the pregnancy, and then $500 a month for the first year of the infants life. The effect simple cash payments have authority and related PTSD, and suffering is proven out in the pandemic. We should do better. This is a step in that direction.
