So, I'm still in my current position, being moved out of it on March 1st. I had already approached management multiple times and told them I wanted to _stay_ where I am. That I can manage my anxiety disorder, and I don't need to move. It doesn't need to happen.
Big boss guy tells me he can't reverse anything, and that it's going through regardless. So I'm basically being forced to work a position I don't want, and have never had any interest in.
My solution is to leave Walmart, and pursue contract work via Doordash/Grubhub/Uber/Instacart
To me, this seems like something I could actually enjoy, and do maybe even in a way that would allow me to be myself, again, once and for all
It's been numerous times now that Walmart has jerked me around, or put me in difficult situations. The first time was in 2012 to 2014, when I initially came out as a trans woman, and got put through nearly 2 years (like a year and a half plus a little bit more, somewhere around that time frame) of harassment, abuse, and some of the just plainly, the worst people I've ever known. I got pushed out the door.
This time around, it's a bit less serious, but I'm being jerked around and moved because I have ... an anxiety disorder. A disorder I _fully believe_ is a result of what THEY DID TO ME. THE FIRST TIME.
But leaving isn't easy, and I'd like to ask for some help.
