It was hot. I know it's a temporary thing, but black tar is not ideal here.... sigh.

My housemate's summary: "Residents living near Gilman Square are angry after seeing no development since 2014. Residents living near the old Star Market, who have seen no development since 2007, say “Hold my beer.” "
Somerville is failing to implement a transit-oriented neighborhood plan on city-owned property that will create hundreds of homes and bring tremendous social, economic and climate benefits to the city.
Going to go over to the #GilmanSq block party later. Still trying to reconstruct the broken community threads from the pandemic. My neighborhood network really fragmented and I miss it.
