Sometimes she has to go in for first shift from 2am on and walking past that building is an experience. She told me that in the middle of the night it is an especially creepy place. Apparently the building is not in use anymore which makes it extra creepy when they pass it at 2am and the lights are randomly on with no one inside. Supposedly people have said they hear movement or voices within but it's completely deserted.
Mostly everyone just looks at the floor as they walk by at a brisk pace and pretend not to notice.
Turns out the building was used on the day of the attack as make shift morgue to house the bodies of those killed during the attack. That fact lends a even more to the spooky nature of the place. The workers in that area of the yard just know to keep away, especially at night. It's probably nothing but why risk it?
