Whenever I am part of a thriving and high performing team, one of my main tasks as a leader has been to keep up with their pace, and not to slow them down. This requires a lot of up-skilling, reading, and improvisation on the job and not to shy away from rolling up your sleeves to get a sense of reality.

Another equal essential task is to ensure they all moving towards the same goal as a whole in a decoupled environment.
