"Es fehlt an allem. Es gibt keine Skalpelle mehr, wir versuchen Einwegskalpelle wieder zu sterilisieren. Wir haben kaum noch Narkose-Medikamente, so dass wir eine niedrige Dosierung geben und schauen, ob die Leute durch die Operation kommen. Es ist ehrlich gesagt barbarisch, was wir tun müssen."
