🍂 One of my favorite autumn finds — the parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota rhacodes). Tall, elegant, and with that classic scaly cap that makes it instantly recognizable. It’s always a joy to come across one in the garden or forest. 🍄
Be careful though — this species is often confused with other parasol mushrooms, and not all of them are equally edible.

🍂 Een van mijn favoriete herfstvondsten — de gewone knolparasolzwam (Macrolepiota rhacodes). Groot, sierlijk en met die typische geschubde hoed die hem meteen herkenbaar maakt. Altijd leuk om er eentje te vinden in de tuin of het bos. 🍄
Wees wel voorzichtig — deze soort wordt vaak verward met andere parasolzwammen, en niet allemaal zijn ze even eetbaar.

🍂 Another autumn surprise — these beautiful false chanterelles appeared in my garden! Their bright orange color really stands out among the grass. Even though they look similar to real chanterelles, they’re not edible — but definitely just as photogenic! 🍄

🍂 Nog een herfstverrassing — deze prachtige valse hanekammen verschenen in mijn tuin! Hun oranje kleur valt echt op tussen het gras. Ze lijken sterk op echte cantharellen, maar zijn niet eetbaar — wel minstens even fotogeniek! 🍄

🍂 Mushroom season has started again! They’re popping up everywhere — even in my own garden. This beautiful oyster mushroom was growing on an old piece of wood. Fascinating how nature renews itself every year. 🍄

🍂 Het paddenstoelenseizoen is weer begonnen! Overal duiken ze op — zelfs in mijn eigen tuin. Deze mooie oesterzwam groeide op een oud stuk hout. Fascinerend hoe de natuur elk jaar weer zijn eigen kringloop laat zien. 🍄
