🍂 One of my favorite autumn finds — the parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota rhacodes). Tall, elegant, and with that classic scaly cap that makes it instantly recognizable. It’s always a joy to come across one in the garden or forest. 🍄
Be careful though — this species is often confused with other parasol mushrooms, and not all of them are equally edible.
🍂 Een van mijn favoriete herfstvondsten — de gewone knolparasolzwam (Macrolepiota rhacodes). Groot, sierlijk en met die typische geschubde hoed die hem meteen herkenbaar maakt. Altijd leuk om er eentje te vinden in de tuin of het bos. 🍄
Wees wel voorzichtig — deze soort wordt vaak verward met andere parasolzwammen, en niet allemaal zijn ze even eetbaar.
