Raspberry mocha brownie cheesecake! A raspberry mirror glaze enrobes an espresso/vanilla zebra cheesecake atop a brownie base crust with a thin layer of white chocolate ganache under the raspberry. ^^
This was utterly fantastic and I will definitely make again!
Also baked last night on stream: focaccia! Made a rosemary focaccia loaf for dinner with my walfdog and 2 other local friends.
There was only one small piece left.
Flaky sea salt, coarse black pepper, and rosemary for toppings ^^
Baked blueberry whole wheat muffins last night on a lark after Sydyeen asked me about recipes earlier in the day. Super good! Made King Arthur's whole wheat blueberry muffin recipe with coconut oil!
Eepy yotie need coffee or tea or bothhh.
And maybe more cake! Made a simple gateaux au yaourt last night with fresh blueberries. A firmer cake than it looks! Was surprised by the texture. But dirt simple to make!
