I just spent 40 minutes holding to talk to a human being at the insurance company, at which point ATT fucking failed again, and having no service means I lost the call & the 40 minutes I sat here waiting. Oh! And, no service, can't call back yet either.

#fuckatt like seriously, why is shit so goddamned useless in the US? Oh, wait, I know ...

I found unlimited in & outbound calls through a VoIP service for $20 a month, but I am waiting still to see if that's going to be a thing I can do or not.
