Thinking about what the #WinnipegJets could look like next year. I think the team is actually pretty solid, adjustments are needed and they absolutely need to embrace the youth to gain some speed and give their game more bite. Thinking something like:

Connor - Sheifele - Vilardi
Perfetti - ??? - Iafallo
Barron - Lowry - Rosén
Koepke - (Toews?) - Lambert

Morrissey - Salomonsson
Samberg - Pionk
??? - DeMelo

There’s a few gaps that need to be filled. You could probably interchange Iafallo, Rosén, and Lambert to see where the chemistry is. But absolutely need a 2nd line centre, possibly a 4th line centre, and a 3rd pair D. I like Neiderrider and Namestikov, but I don’t think they bring what the team is missing for success next year.
