Ross of OttawaQuite a long-standing design failure really, that they still make #freezers you have to defrost (no problem) but for which the process is massive water leakage all over the place (problem).
I have lots of acceleration techniques, buckets of warm water, squirt bottle, etc, but really there should be melt water management built into the design.
