Firefox v150 released today.
FYI Firefox 147 adds about:keyboard so on mac you can make alt+D (option+D) be address bar focus like it is on other platforms
(There's one minor hiccup, if focus is currently a text field on the active page then it'll insert "ā", but in the majority of cases it works.)
I'm in bed and I made it through the entire day without once using YouTube. It's a small victory, but I'll take it.
Good night!
The American taxpayer funded the development of the Internet, which led to the World Wide Web. The people of the world gave the net and the web value by using them and providing content. And then commercial interests took the web over - without ever asking the people for permission - and clamped down on free speech.
Now the web is little more than an empty echo chamber populated by advertising and surveillance to monitor and control the very people who gave it meaning.
Firefox 126 is here. Go forth an update.
