What’s a good service for publishing a PDF whitepaper or open letter?

Searching for PDF blog services just yields HTML blogs on the topic of PDFs. #Framadrop would be my first instinct but docs can only be posted for up to 45 days, generally. I could use an arbitrary gitea instance¹, but that seems borderline abusive as git is not intended for binary objects.

The file is in .xspf format, if you have radios without ads to offer me, French-speaking or not, a little sign on  to include it in the list which is currently 70 radios, good listening.

Mise à jour du fichier de #radios #sanspub #associative, #communautaire, #public, #privée à télécharger sur #drop.infini.fr pour soulager #Framadrop.
Le fichier est au format .xspf, si vous avez des radios sans pub à me proposer Francophone ou pas, un p'tit signe sur  pour l'inclure dans la liste qui actuellement est de 70 radios, bonne écoute.

Moi non-plus je ne savais pas que j'utilisais Lufi au travers de #framadrop.
Nous somme tous des M. Jourdain (qui faisait de la prose sans le savoir) en informatique. Merci, aux équipes de #framasoft, mais ne rayé pas trop notre ignorance.

#11 ans qui voit que #Framadrop de @Framasoft fermera en 2022 :"Mais c'est nul". Je lui explique pourquoi, il répond "c'est beau ce que tu viens de dire" ;-)

I'm pretty sad that #Framasoft will closing down the #Framadrop service in 2021. I understand the decision but still.
