Had a fabulous playtest of #ForetoldInItsShadow with the new second act rules! We played out a dark piracy story of the hunt for a Beast consumed by greed and only slain after much sacrifice, but the slayer may become the Beast! Awesome fun! In Its Shadow: Reviled Edition coming in May! #ttrpg

Myself and two friends on my server played #ForetoldInItsShadow , with the pitch of a vaguely contemporary American setting, taking note of It by Stephen King, the TV series Supernatural, the movie Rosemary's Baby and other horror movies of the 1970s and 1980s, with that bleak, nihilistic tone.
