My elderly (80ish?) neighbour, a lady who lives in a caravan opposite my flat and uses a stroller walking aid to get about, is currently almost Arthur Dent style in front of a digger that some workers want to use to demolish a woodstore beside her former house.

Under #UKLaw the 1 year time limit on actions for #libel has expired; xe has no evidence of harm; and any awards even if xe were to prevail would be tiny.
