Saw a yummy looking recipe and it called for butter beans and I was thinking, "Why have I never heard of butter beans before recently?" And then I googled it and there was a sharp intake of breath as I was almost tricked into eating lima beans. I don't know who renamed them but I will find you. And I have a very particular set of skills acquired over a long career.
