Well, I had salad TWICE today, with steak at lunch and with chicken at dinner, and I still got #foodcoma ... I want my money back.

Back at the apt. I thought that dinner would not be big enough to cause #foodcoma but seems I was wrong.

Survived post-dinner #foodcoma but leg and back pain want to finish me off. Hot (very hot) shower now, followed by a ton of arthritis pain gel, followed by #StarTrek

I had forgotten those chicken wraps I get from my local "health" food place are quite heavy. I'm close to, but not quite yet in, #foodcoma status.

Back at the office, and after that hot cocoa, oscillating dangerously between #NapAttack and #FoodComa -- but at least feeling warm inside.
