The United States will release Russian Alexander #Vinnik, a suspected cybercrime kingpin, as part of an exchange with Russia that freed Marc #Fogel, a U.S. official said on Wednesday.
Vinnik operated BTC-e, once one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges.
