For instance, 13 is a happy number because 1^2+3^2=10, and 1^2+0^2=1. So is 19 (check it out) - but not 4.

If anyone wants to know I've been trying to produce a sequence of binary digits(or a permutation of natural numbers) where it starts at the 1st digit and flips it, and then the next number is constructed by flipping a digit a bounded distance away.
