I'm very lucky that my #fibre ISP is the same as my #FNO. For most people, this isn't the case. And if that happens, your ISP becomes as much a customer of the FNO as you are of the ISP.

Which totally sucks. I'll gladly pay a bit extra to have one point of responsibility (I'm with Vodacom Fibre, and I couldn't be happier about it).
