Treacherous cross-winds for soaring #Bird migrants today here in The #Straits.

Impatient Booted #Eagles, Short-toed Eagles, Egyptian #Vultures, Black Kites and both White and Black #Storks made the crossing.

This #FlywayDrama unfolded in front of our student guests from Bangor University as we witnessed a Black Kite sadly ditch in the sea ! 😢

High #FlywayDrama here as the continuing #Levante is making some Black #Kites impatient and we watched as some attempted to cross in crazy cross winds only to turn back and thankfully make it to try in better conditions!

European Bee-eaters are also joining the #Milanada making for quite a fabulous windy #spectacular #MigrationParty !
