DoomsdaysCWOMGs! I just made a salmon dish involving GF panko breadcrumbs and hazelnuts! The salmon was fresh at the fish market, and I served it up with roasted potatoes and rosemary (both from our garden), and carrots from a local farmer. Salmon and hazelnuts tie into #IrishMythology and #FinnMcCuhal / #FinnMcCool -- the salmon eats the hazelnuts of wisdom, and Finn eats the salmon!
Anyhow, the website is aptly named -- it was completely delicious!
