I have a #Filson bag which is 10 years old. A great life for a laptop bag in my use. Filson was known for their 'Buy It For Life' approach. The warranty was such that they would repair even very old items.

My bag has reached the point where it should be repaired. However the newer Filson Europe now only offers a 2 year warranty. Apparently products are no longer made in the US, and the company was purchased by a private equity fund. Prices way up.

Sounds like #enshittification in action :(
